"Weapons are products of politics"

Maybe the first job could be building the Iraqi Military Hospital complex. We have plans to bring to life a truly global brand called Serbian Ambulance. Our Military Medical Academy (VMA) is recognized all over the world and my Iraqi colleagues told me that they want to set up a similar facility in Baghdad, but smaller in size.

Minister Sutanovac lately talks a bit too much about the NATO, without being asked about it. One wonders if there is a greasy sum waiting for him in Switzerland (for retirement), if he manages to drag Serbia into it.

There are enough weapons and other tools of destruction in Iraq, Mr. Minister.
Iraq needs day care centers, schools, hospitals, computers, roads, bridges...

The potential for certain behaviors of combined governments to appear hypocritical is noted in the United Nations preventing the export of handguns. The apparent allowed export of larger and more effective crew served weapons, this notion regarding export having been garnered from reading this article in addition to others found on the Internet, to governments that may at times fail to recognize or respect the inherent rights of individuals, and the sovereignty of each individual human, is also noted. Such is the human condition at present as we work towards bettering it.

It is the opinion of this respondent, that any government that would arm itself, yet prevent its decent & honorable citizens from privately holding small arms for the defense of self, family, and town is tyrannical, and the very act, promotes and foments violence or oppression. Those within governments across the Earth are not gods, and should not be so possessive, and desperate to be the sole arbiters of life & death in societies, no matter the name of the government, or its stated aims. It breeds fear in individuals. The comment is not directed towards any one government in particular, nor is it meant to be dismissive of any prior of future loss of life anywhere, whether such loss occured at the direction of orgnazations, or was completely the result of actions by an individual human.

All of you are citizens of the world, and are ruled by no one and no organization, unless you consent to it. Govern with others as equals, no matter your station in life, in preference to holding yourself over or under others. Thus you may perceive yourself and them as merely helpers in a common pursuit of happiness, not allies or enemies joined or separated by an artificial cause.

Best wishes to all from an occasional private customer of Prvi Partizan, with the munitions serving to defend the State of Me, in hopes of keeping the peace and fending off unwarranted, uninvited aggression. The effort has been entirely successful thus far, with no injury to any as a result of my actions. The efforts did however, save a man's life and help law enforcement catch those who attempted to murder him.
