Minister on minorities, decentralization

Minority and Human Rights Minister Svetozar Čiplić said that minorities have the least problems in Serbia compared to neighboring countries.

Decentralisation isn't all that it's made out to be. The concept can be easily manipulated by politicians.

Decentralisation in Serbia can be conjured up to give 'minorities' over-the top privileges they don't deserve while decentralisation in Kosovo i Metohija is being used as a sinister tool by ICO / Eulex to alienate and debase the Serb minority even further. I know this to be the truth.
