But then if it makes people feel better then maybe they should go and talk with UNMIK. Of course it seems like you are the lone ranger when it comes to people thinking UNMIK has any control.
If you read Res 1244 carefully you will see that it gives UNMIK the mandate to turn control over to the democratically elected govt as it deems a level of competence.

Master boy,

I agree. Focus on economy and social issues. No to nationalism. No new borders, no new states.

Serbia with its provincie of Kosovo must join EU as soon as possible!

Let us struggle with our economic and freedom prosperity. Nobody from our side is attacking you. Don't waste your money, let us try to survive. Look for a while to the developed country, what they re doing??? On the other side we are least developed countries in the whole Europe. Leave alone differences, lets take similarities. Sooner new generations will judge us for our behaviors!!!

Might as well talk with OPEC instead, they both have the same weight. Kosova authorities decide who gets in and who doesn't, not EULEX or UNMIK. Funny how Serbia stopped mentioning UNMIK now.

UNMIK is still in control. Please check 1244. EULEX is only working in the frameworks of 1244.

EA,

I think you are a nice person. But it is so awful to see you stating nonsense over and over again. Kosovo is still part of Serbia, as 1244 is still valid.

That can change but at the moment Kosovo is just a Serbian province.

My free advice from independent, free and well-developed Netherlands: please start talking!

Is it the same Minister who was so dismissive toward EULEX since the beginning? If he claims himself as a Minister of Kosovo, why does he face the ban to entering it by Kosova Police (recognized by all relevant…)? Isn’t he supposed to be a representative of a government with the mission to finding solutions for every day problems which face either of community in Kosova? Or his goal is how to obstruct and discredit the commitments of Institutions of Kosovo. the latest piece of article is more than enough evidence to clarify the honesty of his; irritation over a request for a financial report. I think that any legal action is to match up with the financial report at any stage of activity,
there is not any particular preparation needed in advance to clarify its expenses.
So that this “ministry” is sentenced to fail as groundless as many before. Stop wasting money for sake of nothing.

"In the last few weeks, Kosovo police have stopped a number of Serbian officials from entering the province..."

Kosova is not a provice guys stop having illusions. If you feel it is a province force your way and you will see THE REALITY SHOW!

To be more diplomatic. Kosova is a democratic and free country for those who respect the rule of law of Kosova.

Mr. Phony Minister,

And what do you think EULEX will tell you and/or do? Here is what I think will go down;

1) EULEX is not there with an administrative mandate, but rather to advise and oversee the judicial branch being developed into a fair and effective system (or as close to one as humanly possible).

2) Which leads to the following; they cannot create/repeal/modify any laws/acts that are in effect within the territory (of the Republic of Kosova).

So exactly what does this useless "minister" really expect? I think it's a colossal waste of time and money...

People of Serbia should really sack him and eliminate the whole "Kosovo Ministry" to save money from being wasted on childish and boyhood games in these tough economic times ...
