Ethnic clashes kill 17 in Pakistan

At least 17 people have been reported killed and more than 60 hurt in clashes between rival ethnic and political groups in Karachi over the past two days.

Pakistan has been training and sponsoring cladenstine jihadist terrorist activitie for along time.As a result it has become the focus of great concern for regional and global security.
Its political instability,corruption and the close involvement of its security services with the religious jihadists have made
Pakistan a powder-keg ready to explode at any time with consequences very hard to contemplate.
I think president-elect Obama was right when he said that either Pakistan will solve the problem or the West will have to deal with it.Pakistan is a nuclear power and the poison must be dealt with.
