If EU wants the success of its Serbia policy, it needs to decide to implement the Interim Agreement, the Slovenian FM says.

"Thanks but no thanks. Kosovo is NOT for exchange for EU membership."
That isn't up to you, it's up to Serbs living in Serbia and struggling to make a living. Kosovo is gone anyway, no one asked you since 1999 or in Feb 17th 2008 so it's a done deal. The Serbian choice: stay isolated or join the world.
