Although it may be best practice to advise someone not to proceed propria persona, I have never in my life heard of any court demanding that a defendant provide an argument for his natural right to determine his own defense. The Court ignores that Due Process cannot be litigated or relegated to the adversarial system where rhetoric would determine a man’s rights and natural justice.

This request alone is damning to the Hague’s historical legacy, and this great Nato whitewash will be regarded as such.
