"Mind you Serbs, at least we do not assassinate our Prime Ministers and/or our leaders are not in the Hague jail cells for crimes against humanity.

Look at your own leaders - Karadzic for example."

you are either very confused or very ignorant. Karadzic was never a leader of Serbia, he was leader of Republika Srpska in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that was 13 years ago. Serbia Zoran dindic was assasinated by a member of the zemun clan criminal group not antoher politician. And the comment about Pelosi and Bush: They have never said things like this to eachother during a public or recorded meeting, it would be on CNN within seconds, remeber what happen when Cheney said "go f**k yourself" during an interview?
Look at the bitter opposition of Kostunica and Nikolice towards the DS and pro european coalition, have you ever heard of a report of them making personal and nasty comments about eachothers families or threatning eachother? Threatning another politician and making comments about their families is not civilized and coming from the prime minister of a country during a recorded meeting? Berisha must be incredibly stupid or he knows this kinda thing is common in ALbania.

Yeah! Best comment here in a long, long time.

What inspirational role models the K-Albanians have in their heartland!!
Seems that Thaci and Co are not the first or only Albanians that have power/control issues. I sense that the poor minister will suddenly disappear from political life, or maybe leave this life behind via a convenient accident.
And they call Serbs barbaric, ha!

Indeed Marinel the Kosovar politicians are the real role models.Their are mature, calm, and their elections are almost perfect. I gladly would, exchange,Thaci and Sejdiu with Berisha and Topi.
And btw Marinel you are totaly wrong, what happened yesterday is just another episode of an old dispute between Berisha and Balla, and the second is a deputy member of the opposition party, not a minister. And don't worry he is going to be fine, you know here is Albania,we don't kill our prime miniters an politicians like some other balkan countries.

Anyone who has a politician for a role model is in most cases an idiot. As they say, a politician is like a pair of underwear. They serve a purpose but should be changed often.

Berisha, despite his doctorates in Medicine, needs a few lessons in having some class.

But then again, he was not elected for his eloquence.

One more thing...threatening to kill someone in an argument and actually doing it are two very different things. If they were the same, I (and you two as well) would probably be serving multiple life sentences by now.

This is also quite common in the U.S. congress, for politicians to call other members' daughters and sisters prostitutes. Bush and Nancy Pelosi have this kind of exchange on a regular basis. Berisha is a pillar of Albanian society and sets a fine example of their democratic process.
