The most un-necessary meeting between a chief whose mission is about to end and a minister of very weak goverment.

Hum, maybe Serbia gave away too fast their energy assets.
Be a good puppet to your Master but not an enthusiastic one.
Too cheap too fast, that's how Serbia sold its interests to Russia.
