These homes were just a "collateral damage".

Actually, the entire SFRJ was merely a "collateral damage". We duped half of SFRJ and bombed the other half: if there is no enemy, we shall create one out of the blue sky in order to prove: the "Good versus Evil" battle goes on. This battle is the condition of our existence. Without that battle we have no justification of our existence.
