EA, I have already stated to you on previous occasions that international law is not Russa-Serbia law as you keep insisting on.
International law is being upheld by Russia and Serbia not made by them.

You either have a hard time grasping this concept or you are posting your silly saying only to provoke. Either way it is not worth publishing but for some reason B92 keeps letting you do that.

Since you keep insisting that resulution 1244 was designed by Russia and Serbia I challenge you to present some evidence of that. In the event you cannot do that, please refrain from being annoying.

RE: EA

Lets see, hasn't Serbia extridited Milosevic to the ICTY? That is under International Law...

We can only dream that you would ever do that with Taci or any of your war criminals...that are all heroes to you...

I rest my case...
(Ana, 1 April 2008 21:31)

Don't rest it yet Ana. Serbia hides and aides Karadzic and Mladic and even pays their pensions. Serbia breaks international law on a daily basis.

P.S The Hague only requested for Haradinaj, and unlike your heroes Mladic and Karadzic, our guy had enough guts and respect for his people to go there voluntarily. Your heroes not only are hid and helped by the Serbian state, but they're a bunch of cowards that endanger the fate of their people for their own benefit. Now you can rest your case Ana.

EA,

you don´t seem to get it...

international law has to be respected by ALL.

and the Albanians in the southern-serbian province, will have to face the reality, sooner or later.

the rule of law is stronger than your rule of violence.

even if you do not understand that today, you will, some day!

Anna,

Just to clarify the matters that the international law doesn't mean Russian-Serbian law.
Tell us when will be an international law that Serbia will recognise? Only when it suits Serbia's interests. If the international law is not on the Serbian side then you will blame the USA and Europe.

Russia is shipping weapons to Serbia for 60 years and we had the 1999 as result.

Now is time that kosovars get somthing in their hands.

Military balance will bring peace- like the peace between Croatia nd Serbia.

Like alwasy, in Kosova's issue- Russia is wrong.

The weapons shipments are clearly illegal as they are being put into the hands of a convicted terrorist.

1244 requires better behaviour from the US government.

Anyone injured by these weapons has a clear case against the manufacturers and probably against the US administration.

Dear Mr Churkin. As Ana has clearly pointed out, trying to get America to give even a Ethiopians cent worth of respect to the norm of international law is like tying a Boeing 747 to someone, throwing them in the Marianas trench and telling them to swim. It just won't happen. See as the americans see it, the albanians should be able to shoot at the Serbs freely, they need to be able to help KFOR and UNMIK perform their duties.

As far as war crimes and genocide? There wouldn't be a sentence long enough to fit the crimes.

George Bush and his compatriots in Europe seem to think so highly of international law, here even take a look at this site. It'll show you their version of the UN charters. http://nobodys-perfect.com/vtpm/ExhibitHall/Informational/tphistory.html

Maybe one day justice will prevail, till then, Samo Sloga Srbina Spasava.

RE: Churkin says the U.S. decision to send weapons to Kosovo goes against the norms of international law.

As always with Russia in the case of Kosovo, you are right on this one as well...

But do you really think the US cares for the International Law? Here is a link (nothing to do with this issue) that shows the stand of the US about International Court of Justice and the International Law...

Why do you think not one single American was ever indited for any war crimes any where in the world?

This just shows how the US government thinks highly of themselves even we all know that is not the case...

If there was any International Law Bush&Co would be facing now charges for war crimes in several parts of the world and I even think they would be charged for genocide as well...
