Kermabon: EULEX on entire Kosovo territory

In a meeting with top Kosovo police officials, Kermabon said that EULEX’s mandate was to monitor and provide advice to local institutions in the field of the rule of law. That is a good hypocritical joke by Yves de Kermabon and Brussels EU EULEX’s that they will monitor and provide advice to local institutions in the field of the rule of law. When they are breaking the law and are illegal they have no mandate or authority to be anywhere their.
"We insist that EULEX be present on the entire territory of Kosovo," the French general stressed. Brussels is full of hypocrisies, bullying of its representatives what gives them the right they should be treated as law breaking criminals and non grata. Try to deploy Brussels one of your hypocritical illegal EULEX mission in Russia ,Turkey and will see how far you get with your hypocrisy's bulling what a nonsense.

Also, I thought EULEX was a civilian judicial mission. Why is the head of EULEX a military man, complete with uniform?

There is something called wishful thinking. Well that EULEX mission of yours is not going to be placed in Serbian enclaves and in the North. Serbs choose to stick to Serbian institutions in Kosovo and Serbia is the country with long tradition and does not need any help from so called EULEX, Serbia does not need anyone to baby seat her. Mr Yves UNMIK tried to use force against Serbs and failed, please try to refrain from force next time because the use of force against Serbs won’t make them change their minds.

And what is De Kermabon thinking of doing with the signs JO EULEX that have appeared in Pristina? For some obvious reason I do not think that this posts were put by Serbs...

EULEX's mandate comes from brussels & not from the UN which has not authorised it's existence or deployment. Being illegal in nature, EULEX has no business advising anyone on the rule of law.

If you attempt to do so without UN approval &/or the acceptance of all parties - including the serbs, then you will be criminally responsible for the conflict & casualties that will almost certainly follow.

Did not answer, because has no answer except the use of force. For shame Kermabon - you would have been 'at home' in Vichy France & are no true frenchman.

This so-called transitional period is a 'fiction' invented by brussels when the UN General Secretary refused to endorse EULEX. It is not even mentioned in Ahtisaari's status plan. And this 'status plan' itself has not been approved by the UN.

So in summary we have - an EU mission called EULEX, which has not been endorsed by the UN, stating that it will occupy the north of Kosovo without the consent of the serb majority in that region - citing a 'status plan' in which they are not mentioned, & which itself has not been approved by the UN.

This unfortunately is no fairy tale, but it is a recipe for disaster.

I feel sorry for K-Serbs who have become pray of Serbian nationalist policies in this electoral campaign. However, there are many clever ones that have taken the chance to make decent living in Kosova by accepting work for EULEX. I bet that no Serbian government will not pay any K-Serb/(second class citizen for Serbian government)1200€ a month.

Yves de Kermabon knows exactly what is he talking about. Come July-August EULEX will be in control of entire Kosova. By then Serbia, if Tadic wins the Elections, will sign the SAA agreement and will start to cooperate with EU. After signing SAA rejecting EULEX would be against the will of Serbian people who voted to join EU and for the policies of integration.
In case that Nikolic win the elections than the result would be the same, since the Army would take over the running of the state helped by KFOR. Guys, could you imagine Seselj becoming the President of Serbia and Kostunica Prime ? This would shame the entire Serbian population and would harm Serbian interest in the world so bad that would take decades to repair the damage. I don’t know how is the UNSC going to accept this?

Only recently this person was calling the Hague's decision to set Ramush Haradinaj free a 'victory for K-albanians'.

Charges against this barbarian included murder, rape & torture.

Prosecution failed to convict not because the man was innocent, but because of evidence tampering & witness intimidation. And this is not only my opinion.. is also the opinion of Carla del Ponte - who just retired as head of the Hague tribunal.
