EU ministerial summit opens

An informal meeting of EU foreign ministers begins today in Slovenia, with Serbia on the agenda.

It's a big pity that the two Generalissimus Josephs did not make compromise after the WW-2 ! Otherwise Yugoslavia's fate might quite have been much better ... Still Yugoslavia and now Serbia has always played a much bigger role in the world politics than a state with 22 or 10 mln of population is supposed to play.

Maybe it was logical that the Non-Alignment Movement was born here. Maybe this is the road Serbia should choose today ? It was once called The Middle Of The Road Policy ( with a pop-group to take the name ) but practically was a sort of neutrality. So I think if Serbia chooses this route it will gain from both of the sides trying to attract it. At least there will be enough time to make some other choice.
