Andrej,

"First of all, the EU is not a bad guy who's bullying Serbia. "

- I guess they plan to ask the UN SC and Serbia to provide legal consent to start its mission in Serbia's province - is this your naive view?

However, the non-Bullying and benevolent EU technocrats (as you perceive them oh and many who are unelected) seem to still think they can do as they wish with regards Serbia's sovereignty given that thier stated objective of the EU mission is the implementation of Ahtisaari's "allegedly bribe inspired" plan to amputate and partition Serbia from its province!

It's notable that the US have been pressurising their new EUropen partners to do their Foreign policy bidding within the EU as exemplified by Poland's acceptance of US missiles and Slovenia's not so secret discussions with the US; U.S pressures Slovenia to coordinate Kosovo’s independence.

- maybe Andrej you are right it is not the EU bullying but the US who seem to have persuaded some in the EU to carry out thuggery on the US behalf! I guess you might call it outsourcing the bullying!

Some of your views are over simplified here guys. First of all, the EU is not a bad guy who's bullying Serbia. It's comprised of member states, and some of those member states strongly oppose Kosovo's independence i.e. our neighbours to the south Greece, Cyprus. Russia has our back and so does China. Kosovo will never be independent. If Serbia is a strong and stable country among EU nations and among Europeans, then maybe it will give it better credibility on the world stage. The EU has many benefits and is complex, it isn't some guy running the show. The EU has a crap foregin policy towards Serbia coming from dominant Western European countries, but that's why there is a council with countries that oppose this crap. Hasn't anyone noticed that the climate in the EU is shifting towards steering away from Kosovo independence. If they wanted it that bad, they would've done it but they know they can't, Serbia has built it's credibility thus far and should maintain it.

If Tadic is going to win, why isn't B92 boasting about it now? I sense a Nikolic victory. Anyways, the choice is clear: Vote for Tadic and serve the countries that have been oppressing you for the last 18 years or vote for Nikolic to uphold your national pride. If you have ever read western history, they refer to the Serbs as "servians" similar to "servants". Are they right?

I see a real opportunity for Serbia right now. To have good relations with both Russia and the EU. Why not? Tito did it successfully. Serbia may become a sort of economic bridgehead between the East and the West. Good relations with the two are not mutually exclusive. We can have the best of both worlds.

Can't help but wonder why it was not signed on the 28th Jan. ???

Especially seeing as Delic already had authority to sign SAA then I guess he would have been able to sign the agreement about a possible agreement!

Mr Djelic, do you know that you should not talk during the election silence, did anyone inform you? Why do you talk about historical offers, aren't you ashamed of lies? What is so historical in that interim EU's proposal? I can't believe that you humiliate your people all along with the EU emperors. Thanks God that Kostunica have some control over all of you and that is going to evaluate that "historical" carrot and tell people the truth about the new interim agreement with the EU.

EU offers this "special agreement" to Serbia as it no longer believes that Serbia is redy to join EU.
More and more countries and citizens of EU are realizing that Serbia has not moved on, but is stock between the 90-is and the future.
As a matter of fact it appers lately that the country is moving backwards.
Therfore Nikolic winning would bring beter clarity, this way EU and Serbia will be back where they started after Slobodon era 95.
Only after a Nikolic win EU and serbians can start talking seriousely, weather Serbia is going to deal with it's past, reform itself or is it going to become isolated, back to Milosevic times.
This could only happen after a new 95 stile revolution though.
Tadic does not deserve to win, the guy is trying to please everybody and nobody, he does not make his position clear. Hence his popularity appers to be in decline. Radicals did better than last time, and may repeat this on the 3rd.
EU itself appers confused over Tadic, hence halfhearted support. In his rethoric, from being a supported democrat he beats even Nikolic with his radical expressions.
May tommorows' voting bring some clarity, may Nikolic win!
