Politics spurs Serbia-Russia energy deal

Kostunica is doing what every Serbian government official should do. Personally I do not support Serbia's accession into the EU.. but I respect all those who do. Even though I think they are wrong.. they feel that joining the EU will provide citizens with a life they have never seen before. So I can respect why some Serbs opt for the EU. However what I can never respect is that Tadic and his officials are holding Kosovo and EU on the same plateau. This is absurd I thank the DS for standing up for our sovereignty but to say that fighting for our land and joining a foreign organization is on the same level on your agenda is absurd.

Kostunica is doing nothing wrong. The west has done nothing but prove to us that they dislike us and do not want us around. Russia however (you can state your reasons if you like) likes us enough to help us out and that I have to respect.

What has the EU really done anyway? This is our first major deal we signed with Moscow and look what benefits MUTUAL benefits are received and that is BOTH Moscow AND Belgrade.

The EU just wants to make deals with Serbia that only help them but do nothing for us.

It is time to do business with all those that will have enough respect for us to recognize borders that were in place long before these "western democracies" were ever created.
