I serviously doubt that Jesus will worry about church politics.
Montenegrian church has never existed and why the reason to create one now?

Just because they separated from Serbia for political reasons they are still members of the Serbian Orthodox church. Politics has nothing to do with religion.

Instead of asking for peace and human suffering to end this man asks Jesus to enter political arena and make it possible to have a Montenegrian Orthodox Church.

That decision is up to the Orthodox patriachs and they should be directing their wishes to them.
