Tolimir's arrest was an experiment to test the waters and see what sort of reaction it provokes on the Serbian people, before the authorities seriously consider arresting Mladic. Now they know, multiple the current reaction by 10 and you have your answer. The result is that its doable, I think Mladic will be arrested by July if a Kosovo vote does not happen, but if a vote comes and it turns out to be stupid like independence or unilateral recognitions then Mladic will never be given up period.

I wish all war crimes suspects could be arrested but I also want Serbia to stay out of the EU and above all NATO really badly.

Even though I don't beleive Serbia planned or participated in any genocides I think it might have been better if they were found guilty of it- that way the wedge between them and the imperialistic West would be firmer.

I supose the best way for this is for all suspects to be handed over- to be followed by a voting of a non- western government in reaction. The attempted colonization of Serbia has to be stopped!

Victor, Thankyou for your concern for Serbia. But i can assure you that Serbia is a long way from becoming a 3rd class nation. Economic figures produced by real statisticians (not the kind that calculate Alabamian dead, missing and raped) indicate that Serbia’s Econmoy is getting stronger with so called 1st class economies wanting to invest in her future. I suggest you concentrate on your own home affairs, from where I stand its looks like a real mess.

This institutionnalized mutism from the Serbs in the RS is a good signal! Does it mean that Mladic could follow Tolimir in a near future... with the same muted reactions?

I hope the Serbs awake soon and comply fully with the international community. What can they do else if the don't want to become a thirsd-world nation in Europe!?
