It does not matter who invited Mr. Milososki, the importance of this, is the meeting itself. Macedonia’s economy relies heavily into Kosovo’s demands, and neither Macedonia nor Serbia can afford to block trades with Kosovo. Just like USA can’t afford to lose China. Pretty soon we will see Serbian businesses investing in Kosovo because of the cheap labor. Foreign businesses will invest in Kosovo also which will reduce the unemployment. Now, people will have more money and they will invest in local companies which will accelerate the economy even further. Soon Kosovo’s businesses will be able to finance their own people. I doubt that Kosovo will become the next China but at least they will be able to create a strong inside economy. We have to keep in mind that Kosovo uses Euro which is a big advantage when it comes to attracting foreign investors. We also have to keep in mind that the number of AL in Macedonia is growing drastically. Macedonia can’t afford to spoil the relationship with Kosovo or Albania. I assure that neither Albania nor Kosovo want “The Great Albania” but I think none of them will turn their back to their brothers in Montenegro, Macedonia, or South Serbia. Lets face it people, in 20 years more than 35% of Balkan’s population will be Albanian Natives. Nobody can afford to threaten them.

Just a worried citizen who hates WAR!

I think it is very important to everyone that Macedonia remains in good relations with both Serbia and Kosova.

Kosova too, when it becomes an independent state will not ignore Belgrade. It will be a good and respectful neighbor.

Soon they will all have to bound together to fight for quicker integration to EU and NATO, for more funds from Brussels and more voice in the EU decisions.

On the near and less poetic future though, my impression is that Ceku will accept Macedonia's version of demarcation a few hours before or after Macedonia recognizes publicly the independent state of Kosova.

Of course it is just an impression so hold your gun if you get to reply.

Sidi, you jump to conclusions and clearly fail to read any article - Miloshoski is the Foreign Minister and not Prime Minister - please read and understand the articles and don't invent stories. Morover it will please you I am sure that the Makedonian press have put out the story that Ceku is at odds with both Unmik and Makedonia with regards demarcation - but then Ceku has so much influence - not!

no more essays! an inconsequential trip. most likely staged. of minor significance. most importantly, he went there, K reps weren't received as dignitaries.

Hey Serbia better hurry up and lodge an official protest over this huge "blasphemy". The prime minister of yet another sovereign nation is going to meet with Agim Ceku again, while at the same time completely ignoring Belgrade. (Montenegro was the other one) I bet he is not even notyfying Belgrade of his visit. Why should he? Begrade has absolutely no de facto (soon de jure) control over the province anyhow. Patiently awaiting an essay from Blag.

I'm sure that he informed Beograd as Macedonia remains on good terms with Serbia and has voiced concerns over the spectre of Albanian nationalism.

No doubt he is meeting the deputy of UNMIK as the primary reason for his visit. The meeting of Kosovo's leaders is of little consequence. After all the new independent state (i use that in the loosest form) is so important and significant that he's actually scheduled a whole day there.
