KOSOVSKA MITROVICA A powerful explosive device was thrown at the Pension and Disability Insurance (PIO) Fund branch in Kosovska Mitrovica around 3:30 CET on Sunday. Nobody was injured in the incident but the blast caused material damage. Bomb thrown at PIO Fund office in K. Mitrovica PIO Fund Branch Director Radule Kompirovic has stated this is the second attack on the Kosovska Mitrovica branch. He assessed that the perpetrators wanted to intimidate employees and PIO Fund insurants. Kosovo police came to the scene and are conducting an investigation. The PIO Fund branch in Kosovska Mitrovica is located near the multiethnic neighborhood of Suvi Do.
