Serb arrested on suspicion of war crime in Kosovo

PRISTINA EULEX prosecutor Charles Hardaway remanded late Monday Aleksandar Bulatovic suspected of a war crime during the 1999 clash in Kosovo to custody for 15 days. Lawyer Miodrag Brkljac told Tanjug that Bulatovic was arrested around 13:00 on Monday at the Merdare administrative crossing when he entered Kosovo from central Serbia. Serb arrested on suspicion of war crime in Kosovo Brkljac said that the Kosovo police had arrested Bulatovic on suspicion of taking part in the murder of Kosovo Albanian Gjeladin Idrizi with two other men on April 8, 1999. Serb arrested on suspicion of war crime in Kosovo

Brkljač said that the Kosovo police had arrested Bulatović on suspicion of taking part in the murder of Kosovo Albanian Gjeladin Idrizi with two other men on April 8, 1999.

Special prosecutor should question Bulatović in the next 15 days.
