Three killed, eight wounded in Vojvodina cafe blast

Three persons were killed and eight were injured in a blast at a cafe in the village of Idvor near the town of Kovacica in Vojvodina around 2:30 CET on Sunday. Pancevo police Spokesman Novica Antonic told Tanjug that the injured were taken to hospitals in Zrenjanin and Pacevo and to the Belgrade Emergency Center, adding that the extent of their injuries was still unknown. After a fight with the security, 34-year-old S.B. activated a hand grenade. His brother I.B. tried to stop him but he failed and both of them were killed.
