The Serbian government today in Belgrade adopted a report submitted by its negotiating team about the progress thus far in the Kosovo dialogue. The EU-sponsored talks have been held in Brussels in several rounds since March 2011. Government Media Office chief Milivoje Mihajlovic told a news conference that the negotiating team "insisted on full and consistent respect of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the Serbian Constitution". "It was then agreed that representatives of the interim institutions in Pristina be represented in regional gatherings with a footnote that is in line with Resolution 1244 and the opinion of the International Court of Justice (on the Kosovo Albanians UDI)," said he.
