Commission adopts report on final results of elections
The Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) met on Thursday in Belgrade and adopted its report on the final results of the April 2 presidential elections.

Tanjug reported that 26 out of RIK's 28 members attended the session, with 19 voting in favor of confirming the report, an nine against.DBJ Movement representative Ivan Ninic asked about the procedure in case there were objections to this decision, but RIK President Vladimir Dimitrijevic eventually interrupted the debate on this point, and congratulated Aleksandar Vucic on his victory.
Tanjug previously reported that Vucic, a candidate of the ruling coalition, became Serbia's president in the first round by winning 55.08 percent of the vote.
The complete preliminary results based on 100 percent of votes were announced earlier in the week.
