Prime minister reveals he has "health problems"

Vucic on Monday attended the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the German company Tonnies, when he made the remarks concerning his health.

Asked about his health later the same day, during the open-air cabinet session held in the Kolubara strip mine, he thanked reporters for their interest, and said:

"I feel well. I will feel better."

On Sunday, SNS deputy leader Igor Mirovic said that Vucic was "not feeling too well" after he presided over an "ardorous" government meeting in the morning.

Labor Minister Aleksandar Vulin, speaking about the work of Vucic's cabinet that is marking it's first anniversary in office, also hinted that the prime minister was experiencing unspecified health problems when he said:

"You cannot achieve more in a year than Vucic has achieved. True, you can ruin your health, but during one year this government has restored dignity to this nation."
