Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has announced that issues related to the judiciary and establishing a community of Serb municipalities in the province will be discussed in the new round of talks with Kosovo PM Hashim Thaci. Belgrade-Pristina dialogue resumes on Monday It will be this year's first round of the dialogue aimed at normalizing the ties between Belgrade and Pristina, and the 21st since the start of the dialogue in April 2013. First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic will also attend the talks today. In the afternoon, Ashton will first hold separate meetings with Dacic and Thaci, after which the dialogue will continue at a joint working dinner in her office, Tanjug has been told at the EU headquarters. "Full implementation of the Brussels Agreement is the most important issue at present," Maja Kocijancic, a spokesperson for Ashton, said ahead of Monday's round of the dialogue. "Progress has been made, but there are still open issues," Kocijancic told reporters, adding that Dacic and Thaci will discuss the issues during a working dinner with Ashton. Kocijancic declined to comment on the announced early parliamentary elections in Serbia, adding that they are an internal affair that should have no effect on the process of normalizing the ties between Belgrade and Pristina. "Both sides have demonstrated commitment to dialogue and we expect that they adhere to that regardless of who is in power in Belgrade and Pristina," she said. (EU, file) Tanjug
