Two teenage girls died early on Tuesday in a traffic accident in Žabalj, near Novi Sad, the provincial public broadcaster RTV is reporting.

NOVI SAD Two teenage girls died early on Tuesday in a traffic accident in Zabalj, near Novi Sad, the provincial public broadcaster RTV is reporting. The crash happened at around 02:20 CET when a 20-year-old man, who was driving the car, lost control of the vehicle which then collided with a tree. Two teenagers die in traffic accident According to unofficial information one of the victims, a 16-year-old, died instantly, while the other, a 15-year-old, died of her injuries on the way to the hospital. There were two more passengers in the car. They and the driver sustained serious injuries and are receiving medical treatment in Novi Sad's emergency center. RTV
