BELGRADE A 20-year-old man, identified as A.A., has been arrested in Belgrade on suspicion that he murdered his 19-month-old daughter. The child was killed on November 6. Man arrested for beating his child to death The suspect had stopped a police patrol in the street to ask them to call an ambulance, saying that his child was hurt when she "fell from the bed." But he has now been charged with aggravated murder, and on the orders of a prosecutor, and detained for 48 hours. The suspect chose to remain silent as he was interviewed by the prosecutor.
