BELGRADE Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic returned to Belgrade from London on Saturday, the daily Politika said it learned unofficially. The owner of Serbia's largest privately-held company, who is currently on trial on corruption charges, had spent three days abroad, according to the newspaper. Daily: Delta Holding owner returns to Serbia Special Court Council President Judge Vladimir Vucinic accepted Miskovovic's request to be allowed to travel abroad. He was given back his passport on a temporary basis on December 5. Miskovic was released from detention in July when he paid EUR 12 million in bail money, and had his passport seized. The trial against Miskovic and a group of his associates started on November 14. Special Court Council President Judge Vladimir Vučinić accepted Miškovović's request

to be allowed to travel abroad. He was given back his passport on a temporary basis on December 5.

The trial against Mišković and a group of his associates started on November 14.
