BELGRADE Prosecutor for Organized Crime Miljko Radisavljevic has said his office obtained new documents and data in the investigation into the murder of Slavko Curuvija. This came in cooperation with the working group comprising members of the police and Security-Information Agency (BIA), he said. Prosecutor: New evidence in Curuvija case The new evidence is being analyzed, and opinions of expert witnesses sought, Radisavljevic said. "We expect that this will not only help identify the perpetrators, but also help shed light on their role in this crime," Radisavljevic told Tanjug. Based on the result of the investigative efforts that are under way, as well as other evidence that the working group and prosecution have previously collected, the decision will be delivered to institute proceedings against the concrete persons, he underscored. The prosecution launched the investigation against the unknown perpetrators of this crime based on the criminal charges pressed by the Serbian Ministry of the Interior, Radisavljevic noted.
