BELGRADE Ivica Dacic says Serbian officials will visit Kosovo as state officials to call on citizens to vote for the Citizens' Initiative Srpska in the local elections. "We as a state have to call on citizens to go to the polls and thereby take part in the election campaign. However, the officials will not participate in classic party gatherings since they come as state officials," Dacic said. According to him - "form is irrelevant."
