BELGRADE Ivica Dacic said on Thursday that Pristina's decision to ban Serbian officials from visiting Kosovo would "considerably influence the negotiations in Brussels." Speaking for the telegraf.rs website, the prime minister added that Serbia "will know what moves to make and how to react." EU's Catherine Ashton, who acts as mediator in the ongoing Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, announced today that Dacic and Hashim Thaci would meet again in Brussels on Monday - despite the fact that a new meeting between the two had no been planned until after the elections. In Kosovska Mitrovica, the management team for a future community of Serb municipalities asked international representatives in Kosovo to "react urgently" so that the Kosovo authorities would reverse their decision to prevent Serbian officials from entering the province. In Pristina, Albanian officials were making conflicting statements on Thursday, with one minister saying that the decision was final and concerned all Serbian officials, while another said it only applied to Dacic.
