BELGRADE PM Ivica Dacic and EU Delegation to Serbia head Michael Davenport agreed on Monday in their assessment that Serbia has "a well-prepared team for screening." They concluded that "the basis for negotiations with the EU, which should begin no later than January of next year, has been created."
