SUBOTICA The agreement on energy reached by Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels entered into force on Tuesday, Minister of Energy Zorana Mihajlovic said. “The implementation of the agreement begins on Tuesday, which means that the talks will be launched as of today, involving the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS), Kosovo Transmission System and Market Operator (KOSTT) and the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK),” the minister said.
