BELGRADE The inflation rate in Serbia at the end of the year will be slightly higher than projected by the National Bank of Serbia (NBS), and will reach six percent. This is according to associate of the Market Research Institute (IZIT) Sasa Djogovic, who spoke on Thursday. Inflation expected to reach 6% by end of year He told a news conference the NBS had expected the upper limit of the inflation to be at 5.5 percent, but added that it would be breached because of the increases in the prices of electricity and gas and a potential oil price increase on the world market.
