"Agreement can fail due to elections in Kosovo" At a press conference in the Serbian government, Dacic said that he would meet High EU Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci over telecommunications and energy matters, and talks should also cover the local elections in Kosovo scheduled for November 3. Speaking about the announced cabinet reshuffle, he reiterated that ruling coalition parties would discuss "personnel issues" next week and the government will voice its stand and propose new solutions to the parliament by the end of July.
