Young Serbian mathematicians win six medals
Serbian mathematicians won one gold, two silver and three bronze medals at the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad held in Agros, Cyprus.

BELGRADE Serbian mathematicians won one gold, two silver and three bronze medals at the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad held in Agros, Cyprus. This was announced by the Belgrade Mathematical Grammar School on Tuesday. Young Serbian mathematicians win six medals The gold medal went to Maksim Stokic, while the silver medals were awarded to Simon Stojkovic, both students of the school. Another silver went to Zarko Randjelovic of the Nis Bora Stankovic Grammar School. The bronze medals were collected by Ivan Damjanovic of the Nis Bora Stankovic Grammar School and Lazar Radicevic and Bogdana Jelic of the Belgrade Mathematical Grammar School. The competition comprised representatives of 16 countries including Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece and guest countries Britain, Italy, and others.
