BELGRADE The Belgrade and Pristina technical teams will meet for talks on energy and telecommunications in Brussels on Friday. This was announced on Thursday by Dejan Pavicevic, head of Belgrade's negotiating team in technical talks with Pristina. Technical teams to talk energy, telecommunications Pavicevic told Tanjug that earlier discussions on these issues failed to yield a solution and expressed the hope that the two sides will now manage to find a common ground. He stated that the talks have been raised to a higher level and so ministers Rasim Ljajic and Zorana Mihajlovic will be included in the talks on telecommunications and energy. "It is expected that the Pristina team be led by Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri and the meeting will be hosted by Director for the Western Balkans in the European Commission Directorate General for Enlargement Pierre Mirel," said Pavicevic.
