Dacic said that some twenty Polish firms have already expressed interest in investing in Serbia. Some of them would like to invest in the Resavica mine and a meeting with interested Polish investors will be organized in Katowice, Poland, next month. Speaking about the Salzburg Forum (SF), also called the Salzburg Group, which is composed of regional interior ministers of eight European countries and one observer country, Dacic pointed out that Serbia said has played a very active role in the work of the SF ever since its inception. He said that Serbia finds this forum to be very important because it facilitates bilateral cooperation between countries of southeastern Europe and the Western Balkans concerning a number of security issues, such as the fight against the illegal sale of weapons and management of emergency situations, or civil protection.
