EU urges Serbia "to make last effort" over Kosovo
A spokesperson for Catherine Ashton has said that EU's foreign policy chief had called on Serbia "to make a final effort to reach agreement with Priština".

BRUSSELS A spokesperson for Catherine Ashton has said that EU's foreign policy chief had called on Serbia "to make a final effort to reach agreement with Pristina".
