BELGRADE Marko Miskovic, the son of Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic, was released from prison on Wednesday afternoon and taken to his apartment. He will remain there under house arrest, and will have to wear an electronic surveillance device, his lawyer Zdenko Tomanovic confirmed for B92. Both Miroslav Miskovic and his son were arrested and placed in detention on December 12, on suspicion that they illegally gained EUR 30mn in money and assets from privatized road maintenance companies. Delta Holding owner's son now under house arrest

The decision was made by the Special Court for Organized Crime.

Both Miroslav Mišković and his son were arrested and placed in detention on December 12, on suspicion that they illegally gained EUR 30mn in money and assets from privatized road maintenance companies.

The investigation includes Miroslav Mišković and nine other suspects.

Recently, the court decided to extend the Delta Holding owner's detention until June.
