MOSCOW Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday held a telephone conversation with his Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolic, the Kremlin has announced. According to this, the two presidents spoke about the strengthening of inter-state cooperation, and discussed cooperation in the sectors of energy, finance, and transport. Serbia's Energy and Mining Minister Milan Bacevic is visiting Moscow, while Prime Minister Ivica Dacic will travel to Russia next week. Bacevic on Wednesday announced that Dacic will sign a contract on Russia's state loan to Serbia worth USD 500mn, and on another, worth USD 800mn, for modernization of Serbia's railways. The Russian and Serbian sides will also sign agreements on mutual recognition of diplomas, and defense sector cooperation. Dacic will be in Moscow on April 10 and 11, heading a five-member delegation.
