"New round of dialogue uncertain"

BRUSSELS A spokesperson for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said on Wednesday that "elements for reaching an agreement between Belgrade and Pristina are there." However, said Maja Kocijancic, Ashton is yet to decide whether she will schedule another round of the dialogue. Ashton's spokesperson did not elaborate on the statement that the EU high representative issued late on Tuesday after the 12-hour round of the dialogue between representatives of Belgrade and Pristina, which ended without any agreement.
