BELGRADE First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic is asking for Germany or Britain to take part in the next round of the Kosovo dialogue, scheduled for April 2. B92 learned late on Thursday that Vucic believes the meeting in Brussels should be attended by "a foreign minister from one of the most influential EU countries, such as Germany or Britain". Deputy PM wants "additional guarantees from EU" Their presence would represent "an additional guarantee and support to the goal of finding a solution", our sources said. Vucic will decide whether he will accompany PM Ivica Dacic to Brussels on April 2 after a meeting of top state officials scheduled for noon on Friday. On Thursday, Dacic attended a question time session in parliament where he addressed the issue of the Kosovo talks.
