Novi Sad Mayor Miloš Vučević has received B92 Fund Board of Directors President Veran Matić and one of the top donors in humanitarian campains Milan Popović.

NOVI SAD Novi Sad Mayor Milos Vucevic has received B92 Fund Board of Directors President Veran Matic and one of the top donors in humanitarian campains Milan Popovic. Popovic, who is one of the biggest individual donors in B92 Fund's Battle for Babies and Battle for Maternity Wards campaigns, recently donated equipment worth EUR 500,000 to Vojvodina Clinical Center’s Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic and Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth of Vojvodina. Novi Sad mayor receives B92 Fund head, top donor Vucevic thanked the donor on behalf of the city, noting that his humane act had caught the attention of the entire Novi Sad and the country. “You are a confirmed supporter in difficult and unpredictable life situations and I would like to thank you for your involvement and unselfish help to children who are treated in the two health institutions in Novi Sad,” the mayor said and added that Popovic “has enriched our society” in times when the number of humanitarian actions and socially responsible activities was dropping. Vucevic, Matic and Popovic at a meeting agreed on concrete ways that the city of Novi Sad will support the Battle for Babies campaign and continue to support campaigns aimed at improving conditions for parenting. Popovic said that he would always try to help as much as he could, noting that it was a great pleasure to be able to help the youngest citizens who “represent the future of Serbia”.
