ZVECAN Kosovo Serbs stopped a convoy of the EU mission, EULEX, at the village of Rudare near Zvecan, northern Kosovo, around before noon on Wednesday. According to the locals, the convoy was stopped because EULEX was transporting customs officers of the government in Pristina. After a brief delay, traffic is now back to normal on the Pristina-Raska road. In recent weeks, local Serbs have been protesting the presence of Kosovo customs and border police at the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative crossings in northern Kosovo.
