Progressives to discuss early elections on Monday

BELGRADE B92 has learnt that the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Presidency will hold a meeting on Monday to discuss several issues. One of the topics that will be discussed at the meeting could be early parliamentary elections, B92 has unofficially learnt. Progressives to discuss early elections on Monday However, B92’s sources say that the most important thing now is to get a date for the beginning of the EU accession negotiations and that further steps will depend on it. The Progressives say that decisions will always be made in accordance with the interest of the people, not based on the party’s rating but that they will insist that probes and arrests for those involved in the cases of runaway drug kingpin Darko Saric and Galenika pharmaceutical company begin as soon as possible.
