CARACAS Security forces have seized control and evacuated prisoners from a prison in northwestern Venezuela after a riot that killed 58 people. She also noted that the last of about 2,000 prisoners were moved from the Uribano prison quietly, without any resistance, and explained that rioters and other prisoners were transferred to other jails in Venezuela.
