BELGRADE First Deputy PM and leader of the ruling SNS party has said that he did not think that Serbians "would be happy with early elections". This is because they "want economic recovery and progress of the country", Vucic stated, but added that he "cannot guarantee that there will be no elections". SNS leader won't rule out early elections In an interview for Belgrade's Vecernje Novosti daily carried by Beta, Vucic said that, if there were obstructions in the work of the government which would mean the blocking of reforms and the fight against corruption, his party "would no longer be part of the authorities". "It would be remedial for our state for names to be announced of all politicians who took part in malfeasance with public enterprises and in shady privatization deals. Not for the sake of a witch hunt, because nobody wants that, but to bind future generations of politicians by some other rules and a different attitude toward the state and nation. This is the essence of this great fight, in which I do not intend to surrender," Vucic said. He said that it was very important to bring suspected drug lord Darko Saric to justice, and that all Serbian and many foreign services are working on that, but that he "is not located where it was said he would be". He added that court proceedings will soon start against Delta Holding Miroslav Miskovic. As for Serbia's EU integration, Vucic said that it was "very important that Serbia obtained a date for the start of negotiations with the EU in June, because that would be the point that would attract investors". He also announced that he will travel to Germany in February - a country that opposed the mention of any time frame for the obtaining of this date during the last summit of EU ministers, in December 2012. He said that it was very important to bring suspected drug lord Darko Šarić to justice, and that all Serbian and many foreign services are working on that, but that he "is not located where it was said he would be".

He added that court proceedings will soon start against Delta Holding Miroslav Mišković.
