BELGRADE A financial probe has been launched against Delta Holding owner Miroslav Miskovic aimed at making a list of his assets, daily Danas writes. The daily says that the inventory of Miskovic’s assets is being made in case the prosecution requests temporary seizure. “Prosecution requests list of Delta Holding owner’s assets” According to Dana’s sources, the Organized Crime Prosecution has ordered the Serbian police (MUP) financial investigations unit to gather information about the Delta Holding owner’s property. However, the Organized Crime Prosecution and the Interior Ministry neither confirmed nor denied the information. If Miskovic is indicted for abuses in road construction and maintenance companies, the Prosecution can request from the court to temporarily freeze assets of Miskovic and his family. Three witnesses in the probe against the Delta Holding owner were questioned on Friday. According to Dana’s sources, the Organized Crime Prosecution has ordered the Serbian police (MUP) financial investigations unit to gather information about the Delta Holding owner’s property.

However, the Organized Crime Prosecution and the Interior Ministry neither confirmed nor denied the information.

If Mišković is indicted for abuses in road construction and maintenance companies, the Prosecution can request from the court to temporarily freeze assets of Mišković and his family.

Three witnesses in the probe against the Delta Holding owner were questioned on Friday.
