Serb man pending trial In the continuation of the proceeding, Veselinovic will be released pending trial, regardless of the court that processes the case. The Special Court believes that it should not be involved in this case as the illicit gains do not exceed the legal limit of two million euros. The indictment charges Veselinovic, Curcic and Milan Radojcic with illegal acquisition of 32 trucks owned by Hypo Group Alpe Adria, and obtaining at least RSD 237 million (EUR 2 million). As the expert witness determined that the amount of gains and the number of trucks are not the same as in the indictment, and that there is a possibility that the crime was only attempted, the Special Court declared itself incompetent, and released the suspects from custody.
