TEL AVIV, NEW YORK Palestine claims that the situation in the Gaza Strip is extremely sensitive and accuses Israelis of violating the ceasefire. In a letter to the UN Security Council, Palestinian UN observer Riyad Mansour said a 20-year-old man was killed and 19 people were wounded by Israeli fire near the border on Friday.
